Nathaniel Pimlott was born in London in 1984. After spending a year in Latin America, he studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Oxford University, before studying drawing at The Prince's Drawing School. Mainly working in watercolours, he observes the interactions and circumstances of how people live their lives, with an alert sense of the unexpected colour of the everyday. This year he is moving to Venezuela, to teach and paint in new surroundings.
